Wilco Source designed a landing page in Pardot for their campaign that highlighted the main points covered in the white paper and had a Pardot form used to gather prospect contact information. Upon form submission, users would be redirected to a thank you page and would receive the white paper via auto responder email.
While designing the landing page, form and auto responder email, Wilco focused on enhancing the experience for users interacting with these marketing assets. The subject line in the auto responder email was tailored to correspond directly to the interest of the users who visited the landing page.
The autoresponder email was also configured to come from a personal user instead of a generic email address, and used merge fields to address the prospects with their first name. This created a more personalized experience for email recipients.
